Ordering Instructions

Browse our catalog or website to find a design that would best represent your department. Choose any one of our pre-designed kits and give us the part number, or build your own unique kit using elements from multiple designs. If you would like to continue to use an existing design please e-mail us a photo and we will be happy to provide a quote on a similar design. Keep in mind that we can use either reflective and/or opaque films in the creation of your graphics. Each kit typically includes the lettering, striping and emblems as shown.

Quoting & Coordinating the Project

Our sales team can quickly provide a price on any of our standard kits. Once your department has agreed upon a design, a member of our sales team will work with you to ensure every detail is addressed. If you choose to build a custom kit, we will provide a color proof and make up to two revisions, all for a one-time fee of $45.00. This price includes the changing of the door badges and other emblems as you see them on the finished graphic. This fee will then be credited back when you place your order. Authorization

Please have any department-required purchase order information available when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped we will invoice the order and expect payment within 30 days. We gladly accept purchase orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Artwork Guidelines

To ensure accurate reproductions of existing graphics or designs, we require that usable artwork be supplied in an electronic format. E-mail or call us for more details.

Proper Installation and Care.

Download and print a copy of basic installation instructions or follow the detailed instructions found in any of the Technical Bulletins for 3M Scotchprint Graphics, specifically section 5.

Installers that apply the graphics should be certified professional applicators. Please inspect the kit prior to application. Call us immediately before starting the installation process if you suspect the graphics may have manufacturing defects or fitting problems. Do not wash the vehicle for 3 days after application. Do not wax directly over the graphics. Caution should be taken when using high-pressure car washing equipment. Keep the nozzle at least 2 feet away and spray at a 90 degree angle.
